1. Who this applies to

Anyone who opens venom.st or any subdomain, in any browser or client. By using the service you accept these terms. If you don't, close the tab.

2. Your account

venom.st issues you a 16-character operator token at registration. That token is your account. We don't store a copy. We can't email it to you. We can't reset it.

You are responsible for your token. If you lose it, your account is gone. If you share it, whoever has it is you. If someone else's token ends up in your clipboard, that is between you and them — venom.st can't tell operators apart.

3. What the service does

venom.st provides an AI-driven ops console that runs real tools against targets you name. Recon, OSINT, breach lookups, vulnerability probes, threat intel, autonomous campaigns. The tool list is published on the landing page.

The service is provided as is. No uptime guarantee, no result guarantee, no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Operator conduct

You agree not to use venom.st to:

Target or profile anyone under 18.
Run destructive operations against infrastructure you do not own or have no permission to test.
Launch sustained harassment campaigns against named individuals.
Attack venom.st's own infrastructure, or try to break its isolation to reach other operators.

Everything else is on you. We don't moderate what you ask the model to do. We also don't accept liability for what you do with the output.

5. Tool output accuracy

Tools return what their upstream sources return. Public breach indexes are wrong sometimes. Scanners miss things. The model can misread tool output. Verify before you act. Especially before you tell someone they've been breached, or before you treat a tool's result as evidence of anything.

6. Fair use

Each operator gets reasonable compute. If one token is clearly abusing the service (sustained rate hammering, running a thousand parallel campaigns, obvious proxy for an outside bot farm), we'll rate-limit or revoke that token without warning. There's no appeal because we don't have an email to appeal from.

7. Paid plans. No refunds.

venom.st offers paid plans for extended access, higher rate limits, premium tool quotas, and priority routing. All plans are prepaid.

All sales are final. No refunds — ever, under any circumstances. This includes (but is not limited to): no partial refunds, no prorated refunds, no refunds for unused time, no refunds for service disruption, no refunds if you forget your token, no refunds if your plan is cancelled by us for abuse, no refunds if you change your mind, no chargeback accommodations. By purchasing any plan you explicitly accept this.

If you don't agree with the no-refund policy, don't buy a plan. The free tier remains available.

Payment is processed through cryptocurrency rails only (BTC, Monero, USDT). Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, it is irreversible by nature and by policy. We don't have a mechanism to send a payment back to you even if we wanted to.

Price changes apply to new purchases only. If a plan's price goes up, existing paid periods are honored at the price you paid.

8. Service availability

We may change, pause, or shut the service down at any time, with or without notice. If we discontinue venom.st, your token stops working. You keep your local localStorage chat history until you clear it.

9. Intellectual property

The venom.st name, mark, and site code are ours. The content you generate — your prompts, your tool outputs, your reports — is yours. We claim no rights over it (and we don't have a copy of it either).

10. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, venom.st and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the service, including (without limitation) loss of data, loss of access due to a lost token, loss of a prepaid plan due to a lost token, actions you took based on tool output, or actions taken against you by anyone whose infrastructure you probed through venom.st.

11. Changes to these terms

Changes land at venom.st/terms with a new version number and effective date. Material changes get an announcement on the landing page before taking effect.
